Agreement and Apple terms
Natively is provided by Samuel Stout, a sole proprietor. By downloading, accessing, or using Natively, you agree to these Terms of Use.
The iPhone app is licensed through Apple’s App Store and is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement Apple’s standard agreement and do not replace it. If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard agreement regarding your license to the app, Apple’s standard agreement controls.
What Natively provides
Natively helps you record body weight, view changes over time, and place individual measurements in the context of a recent trend. Apple Health integration and daily reminders are optional.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining access to your device and Apple Account. Features may change as the app is improved, but changes will not alter rights that cannot legally be limited.
Wellness information
Natively provides general wellness information and trend calculations. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
Body weight can change for many reasons, and no individual measurement or trend guarantees a health or weight-loss result. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional when making decisions about your health.
Subscriptions and billing
Natively offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. The price, billing period, and any applicable terms are shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account.
Your subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless you cancel it through Apple before renewal. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Natively or erasing local app data does not cancel a subscription.
Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its rules. Natively cannot directly charge your payment method, cancel your Apple subscription for you, or issue an App Store refund. Restoring purchases requires the Apple Account used for the subscription.
Your use of the app
You may use Natively for your personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple’s standard agreement. You may not interfere with the app or website, attempt to bypass subscription access controls, or use Natively in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Availability and responsibility
Natively is provided on an “as available” basis. Although reasonable care is taken in building and maintaining it, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Apple Health availability, App Store purchases, device backups, and other Apple services are controlled by Apple.
To the extent permitted by law, Samuel Stout is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Natively. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Intellectual property
Natively, its design, software, text, and branding are owned by Samuel Stout or used with permission. Your license to use the app is limited to the rights provided by Apple’s standard agreement and these terms.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when an update is published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to applicable law.
